Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.​

Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only offer exchanges if:

• Your order arrives damaged, defective, or

• You received the wrong item, size, or color due to a company error.

Exchange Requirements

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

• Provide clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We Do NOT Accept Exchanges For:

• Wrong size chosen by the customer

• Change of mind

• Worn, washed, or altered items
